I am a Turkish citizen, an animal lover, a traveler and a book lover person. On the professional side, I am an International Human Resources Leader, with a strong focus on people and culture management. Strong results orientation- Client-service focus- Strategic Leader- People oriented– multi-cultural team management- Change Agent I have experience leading large-scale Global/Regional/Country HR initiatives and solutions, working in several countries, coordinating culturally diverse teams. My sensitivity towards development issues inspired me to start working in the development field. In my early 30’s I was appointed international roles which includes on women issues, for gender diversity projects. Later on, I built my professional career in HR as a freelance consultant. My interest in challenging roles exposed me to different and exciting missions. Today I work at Rem People - fast growing scale up.
